Cancellation Policy
A 15 minute Grace period will be granted to all clients. After 15 minutes a $20 Late Fee will be added to your service total. All cancellations need to be made on the website within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. A 60% Service Fee will be charged to your card if your a No-Call,No-Show or dont cancel your appointment within the 24 hour timeframe. Any and all rescheduled appointments need to be made on the website no longer than 48 hours of your original scheduled appointment.
